Invisibility and Singular Transformations

We describe recent constructions based on singular transformations on how to make objects invisible to electromagnetic waves. 


Bio: Gunther Uhlmann is the Walker Family Endowed Professor of Mathematics at University of Washington. He is an internationally renowned expert on inverse problems, partial differential equations and scattering theory.
